UK Delivery:
UK shipping is free over £75 (calculated automatically at checkout)
UK standard tracked postage is £2.80 for baskets under £20 and £3.19 for baskets valued above £20
You can select faster postage at checkout for £4.75.
We post all our items the next working day (Mon-Fri) as standard so delivery is usually around 2 days for first class and 3-5 for standard tracked postage. Please contact us on the email above if you have not received your package within 7 working days and we can provide additional help.
International Delivery:
We ship worldwide and our international rates are split into 4 zones - Europe, USA, Australia and Rest of the world.
USA Postage
USA postage starts at £14 and gradually increases depending on weight of parcel.
All USA customs and taxes are included at checkout - the final price you see is the price you pay as we ensure all customs and duties are paid before your parcel is shipped. No surprise hidden fees requested from the shipping company!
European Postage
European Postage starts at £10 and gradually increases depending on weight of parcel.
The UK is no longer part of the EU - parcels arriving in EU countries from the UK may now be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other associated fees. We are currently working to solve this so all fees are included at checkout, thank you for your patience!
Australia Postage
Australia postage starts at £14 and gradually increases depending on weight of parcel.
The UK and Australia have a free trade agreement so there are no customs duties on parcels valued below £500/AUD$1000 so there will be no unexpected fees.
Rest of World Postage
These rates begin at £16 and gradually increase depending on weight of parcel.

Please be aware of additional charges on parcels arriving from the UK to your country of residence. Red Cactus Vintage is not responsible for paying additional costs such as duties or taxes unless explicitly mentioned - they are the buyer's responsibility. These costs vary country by country and are not always applied so so please check before purchase.
Returns:
We do not currently accept returns unless the item is faulty. Whilst cases like this are rare unfortunately defects are occasionally missed and we apologise for this. Please contact us on the email above and we will aim to solve the problem as efficiently as possible.
Discount Codes:
Discount code entry can be found upon clicking your cart and then checkout. It should be located above subtotal. Loyalty Discounts expire 3 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
